If you’re not 100% happy with our products, we’ll gladly accept returns within 365 days from your order date. Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee of $4.95 if total order value is under $50.00. Returns for order values that are $50.00 or more will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of the total order value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will glady replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, simply contact us with your order number at contact(at)dailycol(dot)com or send us a note via Facebook Messenger with your order number and we'll help you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and/or restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We generally ship orders daily except on the weekends. We also provide shipping confirmation shortly after an order is placed to confirm that it is on it's way. We always ship USPS Priority with tracking information that you can use to track your package. Generally, orders can take 7 days to fulfill once placed. Most orders are fulfilled within 2-3 days once placed. For large orders (generally above $50), shipping may take 15-20 days if items are special-ordered or custom-order for you.
